I no longer have access to my crypto or the money I took out on my loan. I left the money in my coin rabbit account to transfer to my exchange later that day. To my dismay I could no longer access my account. My access code would not work for my 2FA identification and further to this the log in would not accept my back up email either. It’s now been over 72 hours and I keep getting told that they will escalate to the “tech team” and I will hear back in 24hrs. My last update was to check back in 10hrs. It’s been 11hrs! I’m starting to think my XRP has been stolen from me…………🤬😤 I will uodate on the outcome. Really inconvenient with little to no hustle from the “team”. Update: this was the reply to 10hrs on the 2nd of August 2025 Dear Customer, Unfortunately, due to our limited capacity over the weekend, the team will need one business day to provide an update on the situation. I would also like to note that, unfortunately, you were previously given an incorrect estimate regarding the waiting time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I don’t agree with all perspectives in this response, nevertheless, gaining my XRP and funds back to my possession is all that matters. Once again I bring my sincere apologies for the delayed resolution. Yet at the same time, I'd like to highlight, that security matters a lot for our company, hence these checks, even though they may take some time, are an integral part of the process while removing 2FA. Still, in this situation, I agree that it took the way longer than expected and this is not what our team aimed at for sure. However, we need to admit the fact, that the crypto you sent to us as requested, does not match the information we have in our system. For some reason, we cannot verify the address you are sending from as it differs from the one we have logged initially. This fact also adds up to the overall timing. Nevertheless, from my side, I really want to help you and have this situation sorted a.s.a.p. I have talked to my manager and we agreed, that you just need to provide us with the pic from your Coinbase account, showing the transactions related to Coinrabbit. Once received and if matches, I'll ensure to remove 2fa for you immediately. I highly value your time and cooperation and hope to solve the case today🙏 Wayne, Customer Support Team.
